    Blue Bird or Naomi Kokuboheki is the lead singer of the Next Century Loners determined to find other forms of engagement than joining a political party. She is strong headed, very hard to please and self confident about her ability to live the life she wants despite of her father who keeps telling her as the eldest child of the family she has to prove herself able to become a good politician devoted to her country. Though she kept refusing and actually cut all ties with her family she still somehow regrets that she can't keep in contact with her little brother Hitori whom she cares about a lot.

    She puts the values in which she trusts before everything else. She is a calm and stolid person who despises violence and injustice willing to spread the good around her. She never loses herself thus she looks a bit cold hearted at first encounter. She is kind and caring with friends but usually hard-nosed when facing foes. She has to handle everyday the pain to have lost her family, her beloved and her son whom she cherished the most.She used to be Sempai/Hitori's mother and now is the co founder of the United Countries Committee created after the Traumatism to bring peace to the new world.  She is skilled in diplomacy and planned on making a peace treaty with Society's high spheres of power until she learned about the death of her son and decided to join the war of Countdown.

    In his fourties he is the owner of a backstreet hardware store located in Society's whereabouts and a slaunch Lonesome. He is a strange folk, wrongly considered as a mad scientist by most people, who is always wearing steampunk inspired clothes. He fights in his own way by selling everything that is needed to manage time travelling.
    As a sequel for playing around with the flow of time he looks much younger than he really is. His real age is hard to tell.
