Blue Bird or Naomi Kokuboheki is the lead singer of the Next Century Loners determined to find other forms of engagement than joining a political party. She is strong headed, very hard to please and self confident about her ability to live the life she wants despite of her father who keeps telling her as the eldest child of the family she has to prove herself able to become a good politician devoted to her country. Though she kept refusing and actually cut all ties with her family she still somehow regrets that she can't keep in contact with her little brother Hitori whom she cares about a lot.
